3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

• Campers: Browse and unlock pitch photos
• Campsite Owners: Manage campsite listings and earn from photo views

4. User Content

4.1 Photo Uploads

By uploading photos, you grant MyCampingSpot.app a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your photos.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains inappropriate or harmful material
• Is misleading or fraudulent

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System

Credits can be earned by uploading approved photos or purchased directly. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.2 Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

6. Campsite Owner Subscriptions

Campsite owners may subscribe to premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

MyCampingSpot.app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
